payments: inital → possible customs → ems → doms (some cases, initials and ems will be combined)
please follow payment deadlines otherwise you will be at risk of losing your items!finding replacements are ok ✅
if you have any issues forcing you to backout or not pay on time, please dm me!
in the case of a mishap, i will refund your money

1.initial

  • initial prices are according to store pricing and account for proxy order fees if applicable

  • if i have undercharged or overcharged, i will let you know and will ask for a top-up/refund you - conversions can be tricky!

  • any missing initial payments by the deadline will result in a loss of your claim

  • please no backouts after initial payment has been made - i will only refund 50% of your money if you do

3. ems

  • ems payment includes shipping to me and proxy fees (inclusion service fees, consolidation fees)

  • shipping fee portion of ems are always based on weight of items

  • rounded to 10c

2. customs

  • customs require payment if the total value of package is 1000 aud or over

  • payment is around 10% of the value of your claims (includes small processing fee depending on shipper)

  • rounded to 10c

  • i do not have much control over the value of packages and i do not wish to get into trouble with the border force lol 😭 so please understand this if there are customs to pay!

4. doms

  • for doms, you have 8 weeks to pay otherwise you will lose your items - these are your items so i'd love to get them to you asap!

  • any lost items will be resold

  • rounded to 10c

packaging

  • all mail are waterproofed

  • double sleeved/sealed sleeves and toploaders always used for photocards

  • multiple photocards may be sandwiched between cardboard

  • for other inclusions (such as polaroids, folding cards) will be secured on cardboard

  • all parcels items are bubble wrapped and placed in a bubble mailer/satchel (1 album or photocards) or cardboard box (generally 2+ albums)

  • let me know if you have any other requests for packaging (extra cardboard, discretion, username on mail)
